Position Description

At BP Warriors Therapy, we provide individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2-6. As a BHT/RBT, you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality care by working directly with clients to implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA. This dual role is integral in fostering the growth and development of our young clients while maintaining a positive and collaborative relationship with their families and our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as designed by the supervising BCBA.
- Provide direct, one-on-one therapy to children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Utilize ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, discrete trial training, and natural environment teaching.
- Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on client behaviors and progress during therapy sessions.
- Communicate regularly with the BCBA and participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and any adjustments to their therapy plans.
- Support the development of communication, social skills, and daily living skills through goal-oriented interventions.
- Assist with behavior reduction and skill acquisition strategies in a variety of settings (home, clinic, and community).
- Ensure client safety and maintain a clean, organized therapy environment.
- Follow ethical guidelines as outlined by the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board) and company policies.
- Actively participate in training and professional development opportunities to maintain RBT certification (if applicable) and stay updated on ABA best practices.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
- BHT Applicants must complete RBT Training course after hire
- RBT Applicants must have a valid certification through the BACB
- Previous experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities (BHT or RBT).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients, families, and the clinical team.
- Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations and exhibit a genuine passion for working with children.
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain any necessary clearances to work with children.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs, and engage in active play during therapy sessions.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay, based on experience and certification level.
- ; 25 days off offered (10 holidays, 10 accrued PTO, 5 days accrued sick time if working full time)

Pay: $17.00 to $24.00 per HOUR
